Luca  Fois 

Luca Fois is the professor of Milan Institute of Technology and the curator of Milan Design Week. He is a experienced in product design mainly engaging in wooden products. He once provided customized planning and design management for large-scaled Italian and international brands and regions. He once served lots of world-known brands, including Gucci, Fiat, Barilla, Alitalia Ansaldo, Calvin Klein and Hermes Paris. He is the creation consulting expert of the strategic design and special media proposal of Milan Institute of Technology Design Committee. Fourisalone and Zona Tortona for Milan Design Week was one of the most successful cases in the field of exhibition planning and design consulting. 

 

 

Wang Zhong

Wang Zhong, the professor and doctoral adviser of CAFA, is the dean of CAFA City Design Collage. He is also the academic leader of CAFA public art, director of China Public Art Research Center, adviser of Expert Consulting Group of Beijing People’s Government, vice director of National City Sculpture Art Committee, vice chairman of China City Sculpture Association, the executive council member of China Sculpture Institute and the committee member of International Dynamic Art Organization. He has got a series of national honors, including Outstanding Contribution Award of China Environment Art and New China City Sculpture 60 Years’ Construction Achievement Award. He once took part in several important international exhibitions like Beijing International Art Biennial, Paris Beijing——Chinese Contemporary Art Exhibition and USA• China ----- Chinese Contemporary Sculpture and Device Exhibition. 

 

 

 Huang Jiancheng

 Huang Jiancheng, the professor and doctoral adviser of CAFA, is the vice dean of CAFA City Design Collage. He is a famous integrated designer and artist in China, the vice director of China Artist Association Art Committee, chairman of ICAA executive committee. He is also the guest professor of New York School of Interior Design, School of Architecture and Design of San Raffaele and CAFA etc. He once worked as the art director and chief designer of 2005 Aichi Expo China Pavilion; the design director of 2010 Shanghai Expo China Pavilion, chief designer of New York activities of 2015-2017 Ministry of Culture “Happy Spring Festival -- Art China”. His artworks were exhibited on many national and international exhibitions, which got several important awards

 

 

Han Jiaying

Han Jiaying, the founder of Han Jia Ying Design Company is a member of AGI, a member of D&AD and a member of ADC. He is also the guest professor of CAFA City Design Collage, expert adviser of 26th Shenzhen World Collage Students Summer Sports Meeting, the graphic curator of 1st China Design Exhibition 2012 and the creative director of 1st HK-SZ Design Biennale 2014. He once served CMBC(China Merchants Bank), China Vanke Co.,Ltd., China Resources Land Limited, Cestbon, China International Trust & Investment Corporation Group, K11, Hermes, Forbidden City Culture, Forbidden City Academy, Shenzhen Library and Hunan Provincial Museum etc. 

 

 

Qu Guangci

Qu Guangci, a master graduated from CAFA Department of Sculpture, is a famous contemporary sculptor in China. In 1990s, he was invited by some important art exhibitions held in China, Germany, France, America and Southeast Africa to exhibit his artworks. By now, he has successfully held 12 sculpture exhibitions. Being as the youngest award-winner of the highest award of national art exhibition, his skills used in sculpture were greatly advocated, especially that “the Fatty” is his most famous artwork. In 2010, Qu Guangci, together with Xiang Jing, set up the brand “Rare Art” and “X+Q Art”, whose promotion for contemporary art is done in a commercial way. Such an operation mode attracted great attention in the public.

 

 

Ma Juncheng

Ma Juncheng, CAFA professor and vice dean of City Design Academy, is the public artist, Olympic Games designer and design expert of China’s 60s’ Anniversary Float. He is also the secretary of Art Design Teaching Instruction Committee of Ministry of Education, vice director and secretary of China Furnishing Art Committee, the golden award winner of Beijing Creation Designer and the member sponsored by New Century Excellent Talent Support Plan of Ministry of Education. His artworks named “Fly Your Dream” and “Star-Heart” were selected by 2008 Beijing Olympic Games; he also joined the public art design for the key stops on Beijing Line 8 (Shenchahai Stop, Nanluo Guxiang Stop), by which he was awarded with Golden Award of China Environment. In 2013, his artwork, Cherish the Past at Chibi, was selected to be one of the item for the public art at Dongpo Bund, Wuhan, Hubei, which was awarded with the annual award of “2012 National Excellent City Sculpture Construction”. In 2013, his artwork, “Fantasy of Distant Place”, won the bidding on 2013 Beijing International Garden Exhibition Public Art and “Fantasy of Distant Place” was awarded with the honor “Excellent Award of Beijing Public Art”.

Wu Zhuohao

Wu Zhuohao is the member of Information and Interactive Design Specialty Committee of China Industrial Design Association, the member of China Network and Future Society Research Center, the member of IXDC, vice director of Service Design Committee of Beijing Design Society, the perennial instructor for senior seminar of Operation and Management Leading Figures of Middle-and-Small-Sized Enterprise of MIIT and the perennial instructor for senior seminar of Digital Content Industry of Ministry of Culture. He is an important practitioner and sermonizer in the field of user experience. In 2006, he made the Google China user experience team; in 2010, he made the user experience team for innovation workshop; in 2012, he made INWAY Design; in 2014, he jointly made Fangcheng Technology, the first platform for commercial real estate data; in 2016, being as the co-founder and chief product officer, he joined Bonuo banking, a sharing financial platform; in 2017, he backed to the field of innovation workshop and worked as the VP of AI (artificial intelligence) of Chinese Academy of Engineering and the vice dean of School of Business. So far, he has served and assisted hundreds of mature companies and entrepreneurship companies, with several patents for invention obtained. What’s more, his lectures, courses in collage, enterprise training, magazine columns and translated books are greatly loved by the public.  

 

 

Yan Feng

Yan Feng is the associate professor of Chinese National Academy of Arts, secretary of Experimental Art Commission of Chinese Artists Association, an expert member of Digital Specialty Committee of China Association for Science and Technology and Apple Distinguish Educator. Being as a contemporary young artist and designer in China, Yan Feng is devoting to studying the modern aesthetics existed in the society and life by an international horizon. At the same time, he is focusing on the creation and research of digital media art and design, as well as the practice of cross-media art design. He attaches great attention to study that how people spatially and temporally change their experience in reading by interactive interference, trying to re-shape the process of “watching”. Based on physical media which is “low technique” or even “ technique-free”, he tries to blend the emotion and synaesthesia with the beauty appreciation of “technique” and he will show the audiences a kind of interaction based on the internal logic relationship. His artworks concerns several fields like digital media art, interactive design, application of information visualization, digital publishing, application of interactive space and virtual reality etc. From his artworks, we can see the new look being experienced by the young artists and designers at the time of digital informatization. 

 

 

 Li Degeng

 Li Degeng, associate professor of School of Art of Tsingqua University, is a curator, narrative designer, museum adviser and art gallery adviser; he once worked as the vice director of Department of Visual Communication Design of School of Art of Tsingqua University, the academic director of Design Pavilion of Today Art Museum, executive consultant of Shenzhen Contemporary Art and City Planning Museum, art director of FRAME and MARK (Chinese version); besides, he once worked as the curator for some important design exhibitions like 1st China Design Competition, 1st Beijing International Design Triennial and 2013 Shanghai Design Art Exhibition; he is also the chief curator or designer of Social Energy Exhibition Tour in China, Design Stance Exhibition Tour in China, 2013 Shenzhen Festival of Creativity of OCT-LOFT 2011 Shenzhen Architecture Biennale ---- Dayun and Shenzhen Special Exhibition”, Zhang Zhidong and Wuhan Museum, Shenzhen City Planning Museum, 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Exposition Vanke Pavilion and Vanke Museum; so far, he has published more than 10 books which greatly influence the society, like Today’s Communication Design Series, Current Status of European Design Series, Is Graphic Design Dead? And The Future Being Designed etc. In recent years, he has been concentrating on the narrative design for museums and the research and practice about urban cultural space.

 

 

Martijn van Boven

Martjin van Boven is the department head of Department of Interaction of Al Hertz Art School, who has set up TAG media center. He is also the curator of Sonic Acts Art Festival (Holland). By now, Martjin’s artworks have been exhibited in several exhibitions in the world, including IFF, State X New Forms, Sonic Acts, Holland Art Festival, Five Days Later, FICCO (Mexico / MX), RIKZ (Riga / LV), SKIF-9 (St.Petersburg / RU), Noise Bar (Tokyo, Japan), Transmediale (GER) and Ars Electronica (AU) etc. 

Anja Groten

Anjia Groten is the professor of Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (NL), who has set up the organizer “Hacker Meets Designer”. He is also the organizer of H&D Summer School. Now, he is working at Sandberg Research Center and teaching in Royal Academy of Art. 

James Bryan Graves (America) is a programming artist in America, he set up the Hacker & Start-upper Work Studio in Amsterdam. Now, the work studio has attracted more than 3500 members.

ICAA (International Creative Arts Alliance) was a non-profit social group co-founded by those top elites and experts in the field of art, design and creative industry, which was approved by Hong Kong Government in Jul, 2015. Since its establishment, ICAA has attracted many superior projects by its cross-border resources and great power in integrating, including activities of China Culture Goes to the World series by Chinese Government, large art area and cultural creation center development, cooperation with educational colleges and personal exhibition of famous artists and designers etc. In 21st century, the international world is being restructured, each government is changing their functions, social organizations independent from the government and market have become a worldwide trend. These social organizations are playing a more and more important role in social public service.
