“AGI CHINA” in Shenzhen

“AGI CHINA”, an exhibition jointly designed and curated by Han Jiaying, Wang Xu, Li Yongquan and Jianghua, is to open on Apr. 20.


 

From Apr. 20 to Apr. 30 in 2018, “AGI CHINA” is to be officially started up in Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art & Planning Exhibition. “AGI CHINA” is an exhibition is to be the most powerful one in China, where graphic designers’ artworks are to be exhibited. It was jointly curated by four famous designers ---Han Jiaying, Wang Xu, Li Yongquan and Jiang Hua.

 

Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art & Planning Exhibition

With the theme on “up and down, east and west, internal and external, ancient and present, front and back, left and right, south and north, small and big”, AGI CHINA gets lots of graphic designers who have great influence in the world together. On the exhibition, classical artworks made by AGI members at different time in China were sorted out. By combining the design events and cases which have great influence in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Beijing, the exhibition tries to provide audiences with a unique angle to have a look at the development of contemporary graphic design in China, by which audiences can feel the diversity and richness of China’s contemporary graphic design. The classical design done by these typical designers in China reflect the development of graphic design in China, as well as their influence on Chinese beauty-appreciation an daily life in China.
